Cancellation and Refund

How to request a change or refund

Contact us using the details below with the student's name, session date and time, invoice or payment reference, and reason for the request. For notice periods, use the scheduled start time shown on your booking confirmation.

Email [email protected] or call +91 7090099923. Business address: #56/1, 2nd Floor, 1st Main, D-Cross, Mathikere, Bengaluru 560054, India.

Introductory-session refunds

The introductory session is intended to help a student decide whether to begin regular classes. If a student attends the session, does not like it and decides not to continue, the introductory-session fee is eligible for a refund on request.

This refund does not apply where the session was booked only to complete a specific piece of work, obtain one-off assistance or clear doubts immediately before an examination, with no intention of considering regular classes. Such cases will be assessed using the enquiry, booking communications and the purpose and content of the session. Please explain your intended purpose before booking if you only need one-off help.

The introductory refund is separate from the non-refundable 10-hour commitment for regular classes. A missed introductory session does not qualify as an attended-session satisfaction refund.

10-hour advance commitment for regular classes

After the introductory session, students who wish to start regular classes must pay for 10 hours in advance. This 10-hour fee commitment is non-refundable. It pays for the upcoming scheduled classes, with a commitment to at least 2 hours per week. The package must normally be used within 2 months from the date of payment.

Rescheduling and notice of a break

Give at least 24 hours' notice before the affected scheduled session if you need to cancel, reschedule or begin a break. Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability. Please notify us through the contact details above; simply not attending does not notify us of a break.

Late cancellations and missed sessions

A cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice, or a missed session without notice, counts as a used session. The scheduled time is reserved for the student. An absence without notification does not create an entitlement to carry that session forward.

Carry-forward during a notified break

Where a break has been notified at least 24 hours before the affected session, unused package hours may be carried forward for future classes, subject to availability. All carried-forward hours must be used within 3 months from the original date of payment, not from the start or end of the break.

The break does not restart or pause this deadline. Any unused hours remaining after that 3-month deadline automatically lapse and are not refundable. Without notification of a break, the normal 2-month package validity and the missed-session rules continue to apply. There is no indefinite or lifetime carry-forward.

If we cancel a class

If Anand Sir cancels a class, we will arrange a cover-up session at a mutually agreed time so the student does not lose that class. The cancelled class is not counted as a student absence, and no extra lesson fee is charged for its replacement.

Duplicate, excess or unsuccessful payments

Verified duplicate or excess payments will be refunded. If your account was debited but no booking or payment confirmation appears, send the transaction reference before retrying. We will check whether the payment was captured, pending, failed or automatically reversed before confirming the next step.

Refund method and timing

After a refund is approved, we will initiate it within 7 working days. Gateway payments are normally refunded to the original payment method; bank or UPI payments are returned through a verified appropriate channel. The date funds reach you depends on the bank and payment provider and may be later than the initiation date. We will provide the refund reference when available.

No refund is issued merely because a browser reports an unsuccessful checkout if the payment or bank reversal is still being verified. This prevents duplicate refunds while preserving your entitlement to an appropriate resolution.

Statutory rights

This policy does not remove rights or remedies available under applicable law, including where a paid service was not supplied as agreed.
