Online service — no physical shipping
Anand Sir Online provides live online tutoring and digital learning support. We do not ship physical goods for these services. Shipping charges, courier tracking and physical delivery times do not apply.
How the service is delivered
Classes are delivered online at the confirmed date and time. Joining instructions are provided through your booking confirmation or the student/parent portal. Where digital resources are included, they are assigned or made available through the portal according to your course or package.
For bookings requiring payment, delivery arrangements are confirmed after payment verification. Payment does not automatically provide access to every course or resource on the website. Your agreed booking or package identifies what is included.
Missing joining details or access
If a confirmed session is approaching and you cannot find its joining details, or an assigned resource is inaccessible, contact us with the student's name and booking reference. Check your email spam folder and the portal as well. Do not make another payment solely because access or an email is missing.
Exchanges and changes
Physical-product exchanges do not apply. Requests to change a class time, subject or package are subject to availability and agreement. Any price difference will be explained before you approve a change. Session rescheduling, cancellations and refunds are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
