Who provides the service

These terms apply to online tutoring, introductory sessions, learning resources and student/parent portal services provided by Anand Mohan, trading as Anand Sir Online.

Bookings and learning services

The subject, lesson duration, price, currency and schedule are shown in your booking or agreed with you before payment. Introductory sessions normally last one hour. Regular classes follow the agreed timetable and package. Check the displayed timezone when booking; students may attend from different countries.

A booking requiring online payment is confirmed only after payment is verified and the session is confirmed. A payment receipt alone does not guarantee a slot where the reservation has expired or a scheduling conflict needs review. We will contact you to arrange an alternative or resolve the payment.

Fees and payment

Pay the amount and currency shown on the checkout or invoice. Local currency estimates are informational; the final payment amount is the amount shown before you pay. Online payments may be handled by Razorpay or Cashfree when enabled. Bank transfer and UPI instructions may also be provided. Your bank or payment provider may apply separately disclosed currency-conversion or payment charges.

Keep the payment reference. If your account is debited but confirmation is missing, contact us before paying again. Verified duplicate or excess payments are handled under the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Cancellation and refunds

The Cancellation and Refund Policy forms part of these terms. It explains introductory-session refund eligibility, the non-refundable 10-hour advance commitment, notice periods, missed sessions and package validity. Regular classes require at least 2 hours per week, with the package normally used within 2 months of payment. A properly notified break allows unused hours to be used only up to 3 months from the original payment date. If we cancel a class, a cover-up session is arranged without an additional fee. Any separately agreed package conditions must be disclosed before purchase and cannot remove rights that apply by law.

Students and parents

A parent or guardian should authorise bookings and supervise use for students under 18. Provide accurate contact and student details, keep login credentials private, and use only the account and learning resources assigned to you.

Online attendance and technical issues

You need a suitable device and internet connection to attend. Please join on time and report connection problems promptly. Where a session cannot be delivered because of a problem on our side, we will arrange a cover-up session without an additional lesson fee so the student does not lose that class. Other interruptions will be assessed using the session record and the cancellation policy.

Learning materials and appropriate use

Resources are provided for the enrolled student's personal learning, subject to the rights of their respective owners. Do not redistribute account access, private recordings or restricted materials without permission. Tutoring supports understanding and independent work; it does not include impersonation, taking assessments for students or submitting work as the student's own.

Learning outcomes

Progress depends on attendance, practice, prior knowledge and other factors. No particular examination grade, admission outcome or result is guaranteed.

Privacy and concerns

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Send service, billing or policy concerns to the contact details above, including your booking or payment reference where relevant. Do not send card numbers, passwords, PINs or OTPs.

Updates and applicable rights

Changes will be published with an updated date. The terms disclosed when you purchase govern that purchase unless you agree to a change. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
